Skiing in Harrachov

Harrachov is a picturesque mountain town in the Krkonoše mountains located near the Polish border, 700 m above sea level.
Possibilities of spending your free time Harrachov: skiing, hiking, cycling, mounting bikes rentals, golf course, minigolf, tennis courts, bowling, natural swimming pool, museum of glass + visit to glassworks, ski museum, brewery, cinema.
In the Harrachov town centre: lots of souvenir and gift shops, shops selling glass also from the local glassworks, possibility to buy foodstuffs, to sit in any restaurant or café, pizzeria, confectionery.

In Harrachov and in the close surroundings, there are possibilities of hiking and cycling, cross country skiing routes as well as ski slopes are prepared and maintained (cable ways are in operation in Harrachov as well as at Rýžoviště every day, new interconnection with other centres – SKIREGION.CZ), ski jumps, chair lift.
Mumlava waterfall is the most frequently visited hiking destination near Harrachov (approximately forty-minute walk from the guest-house).

From Harrachov you can walk to: the Elbe river spring (approximately 13 km), Vosecká bouda (approximately 8 km), Krakonošova snídaně (approximately 5 km), Ručičky (approximately 5 km), Dvoračky mountain chalet (approximately 8 km), Štěpánka lookout at Příchovice (near Kořenov).
By car: Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Špindlerův Mlýn, Pec pod Sněžkou – Sněžka, Janské lázně, Liberec – Aquapark Babylon.
